“Pending” vs “Confirmed” cashback
When you shop, cashback starts as Pending — the store still needs to confirm your order wasn’t returned or cancelled. After their return window closes (usually 30–90 days), it becomes Confirmed and moves to your withdrawable balance. This waiting period is set by the store, not by us — it’s how every cashback platform works.
