We collect information you provide and information generated as you use CashJosh:

• Account data: name, mobile number, email, hashed password, and referral code.
• Payout data: UPI ID, bank account & IFSC, or gift-card email, and PAN/KYC details where required by law for payouts.
• Transaction data: clicks, orders, cashback amounts, and their status, received from our partner stores and affiliate networks.
• Technical data: device, browser, IP address, and cookies used for tracking cashback and preventing fraud.

• To create and operate your account and wallet.
• To track purchases and credit cashback accurately.
• To process withdrawals and comply with tax/KYC obligations.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and self-referral.
• To send transactional and (with consent) promotional notifications.

When you click a store link, we and our affiliate partners set cookies so the store can attribute your purchase back to CashJosh — this is how your cashback is tracked. Disabling these cookies, or using ad/ tracker blockers, may prevent cashback from being credited. We also use essential cookies to keep you signed in.

We share the minimum data necessary with partner stores and affiliate networks to confirm your transactions, with payout processors to pay you, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as required for legal, tax and accounting purposes. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes, and sensitive fields are transmitted over encrypted connections.

You may access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and opt out of promotional messages at any time from your Account settings or by emailing support@cashjosh.in. Deleting your account may forfeit any unconfirmed or unwithdrawn cashback.
